Under the 2025 Rules, the licensing process has been simplified and a valid license may be used for shipping agency business at sea and river ports throughout Bangladesh, subject to applicable Customs and port requirements.

5-Year License
The license is valid for five years.
লাইসেন্সের মেয়াদ ৫ বছর।
30 Working Days
License may be issued within 30 working days after acceptable verification.
কাগজপত্র গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে লাইসেন্স প্রদান।
